DYNATITE sealing plugs are especially developed for applications in which a high performance seal is required, possibly suddenly.
The DYNATITE sealing plug was initially developed when it became apparent that traditional transit systems were unable to withstand the high pressures that can occur in the legs of offshore installations.

The DYNATITE sealing plug was initially developed when it became apparent that traditional transit systems were unable to withstand the high pressures that can occur in the legs of offshore installations.
The result of the development process is a plug that is compressible and returns to its original shape after pressure loading; the innovative design of the DYNATITE plugs ensures that the seal quality becomes greater with excessive loading. DYNATITE plugs can cope effortlessly with pressure loads of up to 15 bar and return to their original shape after pressure loading. The plugs are ideal for connection transits in underwater and explosion-safe installations.
DYNATITE sealing plugs are very easy to install. The plugs consist of 2 (or more) parts which are greased and are placed around the relevant pipe (or pipes). The plug sections are then slid into the open space around the pipe, effectively sealing the transit.
As well as the DYNATITE sealing plugs, an extended XL version is also supplied. Where generally a plug is introduced on both sides of a transit, with the XL plugs, one-sided installation of the plug is sufficient. The profiling of this plug series has been optimised further, so that less effort is needed to fit the plug.
Installation of the DYNATITE plug can be carried out using precisely-matching transit pipes of steel, stainless steel, plastic or even a fire-resistant synthetic which has been specially developed by Beele Engineering, not only for optimal sealing, but also for ease of installation.
