SLIPSIL, the new generation sealing plugs developed by BEELE Engineering, is designed to provide fire safe and gas and water tight seals for transits carrying single or multiple plastic or metal pipes.
Compared with other sealing plugs the SLIPSIL plug is even easier to install. The new design of the plug simplifies the installation and improves the tightness. The plugs can already be exposed to high pressures immediately after installation.
Due to the new design much wider tolerances of ducted pipes and conduit sleeves can be adopted.

Optimized gas and water tightness is obtained by using the SLIPSIL sealing plugs in CSD embedded or flanged
pipes. Using SLIPSIL offers advantages for the builder, the installer and the owner of the installation. The innovative design of the plug allows the shortest possible sleeve length for fire rated penetrations, and therefore reduces welding and cutting time.
With SLIPSIL the necessary insulation is reduced to an absolute minimum, while the plug can be used for all types of metallic and plastic pipes. That simplifies material handling and reduces the costs of storage.
Installing the plug is extremely simple.
The SLIPSIL plugs can be installed in minutes and do not require any bolting or other mechanical outfitting. SLIPSIL plugs cause no mechanical stress and avoid corrosion problems. That offers owners of ships or buildings the possibility to save on maintenance costs.

SLIPSIL sealing plugs are made of the advanced rubber grade NOFIRNO. This rubber is halogen free, does not harden during service life, has outstanding weathering properties, does not shrink during fire exposure, has an oxygen index of 55% (>30 is flame retardant) and a low smoke index.
NOFIRNO rubber can be used in a very wide temperature range from -50° C up to
+180° C. That means that with one rubber grade almost all sealing conditions can be covered now.
Numerous fire tests have shown that the rubber NOFIRNO plugs withstand fire and thermal loads without showing dramatic colour change or carbonization at the unexposed side. At the exposed side the rubber will NOT be consumed by the fire due to the protective layer and char formed. This means that the plug stays in place there.
NOFIRNO rubber is traceable to prevent counterfeiting and to guarantee users that they get the CSD quality they expect.

The BEESEAL system from BEELE Engineering is designed for the fire resistant as well as gas and water tight ducting of multiple different-diameter cables or pipes.
The system stands out by its flexibility and simplicity of use. Even the ducting of an extra cable is an extremely simple procedure.

CE-certified CSD sealing plugs are used for the fire resistant as well as smoke, gas and water tight ducting of pipes. The plugs are available in eight different rubber grades, including an EMC-safe type.
In addition to single sealing plugs, the range also includes multi-sealing plugs for 2, 3 or 5 same-diameter cables or
pipes.

Crusher Plug
The Crusher Plug is a fire resistant plug for the sealing of penetration openings for pipes made of plastic, for example PVC, PP, PE and ABS. When exposed to flames or high temperatures the Crusher Plug expands and totally compresses even thick-walled plastic pipes up to 225
mm in diameter, thereby completely closing off the penetration opening.
CSD-SQ
The CSD-SQ sealing plug has been specifically designed to provide fire resistant as well as gas and water tight sealing for small numbers of different-diameter cables. After the cables have been ducted, the multi-transit plug is simply sealed by placing BEEBLOCK cable blocks around the cables and pushing them into the transit opening of the CSD-SQ plug.

| LEAXEAL is a sealing system for providing individual fire resistant as well as gas and water tight seals for cables and pipes.
The high-pressure clamp seal with stainless steel compression plates is specifically suitable for the sealing of openings where considerable tolerances in the penetration opening and the cable/pipe have to be bridged. LEAXEAL is suitable for use in both existing and new installations. |

The ULEPSI tank support is designed for application on board sea-going carriers for the transport of products which, for reasons of viscosity, have to be maintained at a high temperature (asphalt, coal tar, creosote, etc.).
